You might want to check out Helium.com — great site to stretch your writing muscle, network with other writers and get somewhat of a gauge on what others think of your writing (in comparison to others who tackle the same topic).
Good luck, looking forward to watching the progression! I’ve had similar novel-writing aspirations, have even started books in the past, but life always seems to get in the way.

Good Luck JYO. I too, have a book in progress, hopefully you will inspire me to get my shit together. We should race- just kidding. What is your book about? a bunch of dudes that work together, and form a bond, and they go on manscapes together, and then one decides to move to London, and everyone is sad?
